• Maintain a quality score of 95% or greater to ensure service excellence in every interaction.
• Respond to all email communications within 24 hours to maintain effective communication channels.
• Adhere strictly to your scheduled shifts, ensuring that we meet optimal phone coverage for our Medicaid clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, safeguarding and securing sensitive PHI according to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to improving processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical claims field.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate through various software applications.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written documents like business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• You must be based in Florida and have a private, secure room to work in without distractions.
