Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update profiles on our company’s platform, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Perform heavy data entry tasks—locating and correcting errors, verifying the accuracy of data, and ensuring efficient data flow.
• Handle expert matching for active projects, with a 7-10 day turnaround time per file.
• Work directly with the Legal Department on tasks such as expert recruiting and conflict checks.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 and other relevant software to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with creating and executing legal agreements (OTPAs).
• Keep detailed case notes regarding the status of expert matching and assignments.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• At least three (3) years of legal experience is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with both clients and internal staff.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy when entering and managing data.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
