Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from small business owners seeking commercial insurance quotes.
• Use communication scripts as a guide while utilizing your knowledge of products to go off-script when necessary to provide personalized service.
• Build positive relationships with customers by offering exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and handling cancellations or confirmations.
• Meet daily targets for service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction, ensuring all objectives are consistently achieved.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer experience and exceed expectations.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required for bilingual representatives).
• Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience in a call center environment.
• At least 2 years of experience working remotely, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a virtual setting.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workplace (formerly G Suite), Google Chrome, and CRM software.
• Solid typing and data entry skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone demeanor.
• Must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.
